La Sallens de Cascades et Aups
A lovely hike to La Cascade, a 100M waterfalll about 10 km north of Cotignac. A short hike to a spectacular view of the falls and a lovely babbling river with a small series of waterfalls.
We then went further north to the village of Aups for shopping and lunch. A lovely carafe of Rose, Nicoise Salad and frites (just for you Josy).
